ID Salmon is an arable farm of some 800 acres. Amongst other crops, the farms grows several hundred tonnes of Pink Fir Apple potatoes, which makes them one of the biggest growers of this variety in the UK.
All the potatoes grown are certified scottish seed potatoes.
